This therapeutic massage focuses on the needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience; pregnancy, birth and post-partum. The massage relieves stress on weight-bearing joints, assists in maintaining proper posture, reduces swelling and provides emotional support. We use support pillows for your comfort. Available in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Our spa facial starts with the Soap Bark and Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream, followed by their Peach and Willow bark Deep Pore Scrub and Rosewater and Glycerin Toner. We will apply their wonderful Pore Refining Mask. While your French clay mask is pulling toxins from your skin, we will gently massage your neck and shoulders as you drift in to a state of healing bliss. Our healing facial is finished with Burt’s Bee’s Soothingly Sensitive Aloe & Buttermilk. Your face will absolutely radiate after this natural and restorative facial.

Cranio-Sacral therapy is a gentle non-invasive, manipulative technique used to help the body move toward health and well-being by removing physical and emotional blockages.  Our trained Cranio-Sacral Practitioners will work on the subtle rhythms of the cerebrospinal fluid to assist the body in returning to its normal function. This is an excellent therapy for TMJ, migraines, whiplash, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, stress, tension and more. This treatment can be done fully clothed and is a great option for those who aren't able to do traditional massage.
